The needs of individuals vary from case to case. Many will need an inside Dubai business and some will need a free zone business. We can advise you on all of this and what your best option is.
The same with bank accounts, an internet bank account is good enough for some clients whilst others need a premium high street account.
We can facilitate anything that you need with our own contacts inside the banks.
Flights
You will travel to Dubai on an Emirates Aircraft in the standard cabin. We will book you a seat of your choice, window, isle etc. This flight usually takes around 6.5 hours.
4 Star Hotel
You will stay at one of Dubai’s best 4 star hotels - The Riu Plaza, in any other country we are pretty sure this would be 5 star. You can relax in between appointments and soak up the sunshine. Other hotels are available if you want to stay somewhere different. We can always arrange this for you,.
Car Travel Around Dubai
You will be collected for all of your appointments in a car provided by us, the driver will wait for you and then return you to the hotel, or an onward destination of your choice.
Business Trade Licence
We will start this process before we leave for Dubai and get the ball rolling, by the time we arrive this will have been processed and you will be in receipt of your licence number when we land.
Full Medical Check Up
We will arrange this for you and a car will take you to the appointment. This will be on the first full day you have in Dubai. It’s a hassle free appointment where you give a small blood sample and have a chest x-ray. This is to make sure no serious illness is present preventing you from gaining residency.
Two Year Residency Visa
We will process this application for you and make sure it goes smoothly, this will be granted in the first couple of days after arrival. This visa is renewable free of charge for life.
Government Biometrics Appointment
You will have this appointment usually around day 3/4 of the trip. A car will pick you up and take you to this appointment and you will have your fingerprints taken and also sign the document that gets your EID Card. The car will then return you to the hotel or an onward destination of your choice.
Emirates ID Card
We process this application for you after your biometrics appointment is completed. We are usually in receipt of the card within 2/3 days. We need to get this before we can open the bank accounts or get your UAE phone number .
UAE Phone Number
Our driver will take you to a leading store to get your new phone number, this can be a physical sim or an e-sim. Whichever you prefer. Your phone must support e-sim to get one of these or you will need another phone to put a standard sim in if you choose this option. The driver will wait outside for you and again return you to the hotel or an onward destination of your choice.
You need a UAE phone number to open your bank accounts in Dubai, a UK number is not accepted.
Business Bank Account
We arrange this for you, you will need to take certain documents with you to Dubai to facilitate this but we will give you all of this info in the welcome email.
When you leave Dubai this account will be open.
Personal Bank Account
Again we will sort this out for you, dependant on which account you choose we may need to attend a bank appointment to get this account opened. We can use a leading high street bank or an internet based bank - dependant on your needs.
We have our own contacts inside these banks to make it as hassle free as possible.
