We will discuss the best options for your specific business needs inside of Dubai - or inside one of its many free zones. 
 
The needs of individuals vary from case to case. Some will need an inside Dubai business and some will need a free zone business. We can advise you on all of this and what your best option is.
 
The same with bank accounts, an internet bank account is good enough for some clients whilst others need a premium high street account. 
 
We can facilitate anything that you need with our own contacts inside the banks.
 
 
Executive Collection
 
We will collect you from your address anywhere in the UK and travel to your chosen Airport.
 
This collection will be in an executive vehicle, which will drop you directly outside the departures area of the Airport.
 
At the airport you’ll be met by a member of staff from ACG Dubai as soon as you step out of the vehicle.
 
On the return leg, once again you will be taken home in an executive vehicle and dropped back at your door.
 
 
Business Class Flights
 
You will travel to Dubai in Style inside the business class cabin on an Emirates Aircraft. The seats fully recline into a lie down mode so you can get some rest if you like, or you can fire away and ask any questions you may have along the way. The flight varies but is usually around 6.5 hours.
 
 
5 Star Hotel
 
You will stay at one of Dubai’s most famous hotels - Atlantis The Palm, where you can relax in between appointments and soak up the sunshine. Other hotels are available if you want to stay somewhere different. We can always arrange this for you. This hotel IS NOT all inclusive but will be full board, with all water and soft drinks included.
 
 
Executive Travel Around Dubai
 
You will be collected for all of your appointments in an executive style car, we also provide the car for you if you want to travel on the days you don’t have anything to do. Any time of the day or evening you can just let your chaperone know and he will arrange the car for you.
 
 
Chaperone 
 
Your chaperone will accompany you through departures and onto the aircraft, sitting next to you on the aircraft. You can talk and ask any questions you like along the way or if you prefer you can just chill and have some quiet time. 
 
The chaperone will also stay in the same hotel as you, in a nearby room.
 
You will be accompanied to all appointments and the chaperone will take care of all of the logistics throughout your stay, making this as stress free as possible for you.
 
The chaperone is on hand to help you with anything throughout your, you can send a what's app or call them at any time.
 
 
Business Trade Licence
 
We will start this process before we leave for Dubai and get the ball rolling, by the time we arrive this will have been processed and you will be in receipt of your licence number when we land.
 
 
Full Medical Check Up
 
We will arrange this for you and take you to the appointment. This will be on the first full day you have in Dubai. It’s a hassle free appointment where you give a small blood sample and have a chest x-ray. This is to make sure no serious illness is present preventing you from gaining residency.
 
 
Two Year Residency Visa
 
We will process this application for you and make sure it goes smoothly, this will be granted in the first couple of days after arrival.
 
 
Government Biometrics Appointment
 
You will have this appointment usually around day 3/4 of the trip. We take you to the appointment and help you communicate with staff. You will have your fingerprints taken and also sign the document that gets your EID Card.
 
 
Emirates ID Card
 
We process this application for you after your biometrics appointment is completed. We are usually in receipt of the card within 2/3 days. We need to get this before we can open the bank accounts or get your UAE phone number .
 
 
UAE Phone Number
 
We will take you to a leading store to get your new phone number, this can be a physical sim or an e-sim. Whichever you prefer. Your phone must support e-sim to get one of these or you will need another phone to put a standard sim in if you choose this option. Your chaperone can advise you on networks and service packs etc.
 
You need a UAE phone number to open your bank accounts in Dubai, a UK number is not accepted.
 
 
Business Bank Account
 
We arrange this for you, you will need to take certain documents with you to Dubai to facilitate this but we will give you all of this info in the welcome email.
 
When you leave Dubai this account will be open.
 
 
Personal Bank Account
 
Again we will sort this out for you, dependant on which account you choose we may need to attend a bank appointment to get this account opened. We can use a leading high street bank or an internet based bank - dependant on your needs.
 
We have our own contacts inside these banks.
 
 
Extras
 
For a limited period we are offering a 2 hour yacht charter from Dubai Marina, 1.5 hour Jet Ski Tour and a 6 hour ATV & Camel Safari when booking this VIP Package. You can accept these extras or not - the choice is yours.
 
These trips can either be taken on your own, with your chaperone or with a plus one if you bring a guest with you on the trip.
 
If you bring your family - you will just pay any top up required to take them on these excursions with you.
